This assessment is used for greater depth and higher accuracy. Get accurate information about the way you use your EQ skills as a leader. How do others see your skills in Emotional Intelligence? Do your business partners, supervisors, colleagues, subordinates, teams, and others see your strengths? If they do not see them, where are the gabs?

Features of the BCA360 report:

• The BCA360® measures the same 13 Emotional Intelligence skills similar to the BCL® and includes all the features of the BCL® Metric, but it differs from it in that it is a multi-assessed metric. It shows you the report after combining your own perceptions of yourself with those of other people who know you well and are 360 degrees around you, as it needs you and others to complete it.
  Once you decide to do it, you will be sent step-by-step instructions on how to decide who will assess you and their rank, as well as instructions for performing the BCL ® Metric. When all the assessors you have selected have finished assessing you, we will get in touch with you to review and display your results in a stunning way.
  To achieve remarkable results from BCA360®, we suggest assessors to be assigned according to different groups, and we suggest the following groups:
• Superiors or direct manager.
• Co-workers.
• Lower-level employees.
• Friends or some family members.
• With a minimum of three to four assessors in each group, we will be able to get very interesting comparisons between an individual's self-assessment and how it is assessed by other assessors. By discussing these results, an effective and impressive business plan will be presented to achieve the desired change.
